ONFOODS – Research and innovation network on food and nutrition Sustainability, Safety and Security

OnFoods is a foundation that brings together, coordinates and amplifies the work of 26 public and private organisations, leaders in scientific research and sustainable innovation of food systems. This partnership falls within the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), which the Italian Government has prepared as part of the Next Generation EU program.

Our involvement is concerned with food recognition and characterization using computer vision, intelligent sensors, and artificial intelligence.
This falls in Work Package 2 of Spoke 07.

Spoke 07 ‘Policy, behaviour and education’ is centred on developing models and instruments, also digital and technologically advanced, to observe, analyse and forecast agricultural and food policies and the behaviour of businesses and consumers:
