Congratulations to our members Prof. Raimondo Schettini, Prof. Simone Bianco and Prof. Paolo Napoletano for being among the world’s top 1.5% researchers in Artificial Intelligence and Image Processing in 2019.

Stanford University recently published its latest classification of the world’s most influential scientists in 22 different fields and 176 sub-fields. The subfield “Artificial Intelligence and Imaging Processing” includes 215,114 researchers selected from the Scopus database. The rank takes into consideration standardised information on parameters related to the impact of scientific publications: citations, h-index, co-authorship adjusted hm-index, citations to papers in different authorship positions, etc.
